We are located in central Minnesota. We've been raising Siberian Huskies for 5 years now. You might say, we really got hooked on this breed! Huskies are independent yet very people-loving dogs. We love their energy and their spirit...except when it's used for digging or getting through, under or over their fencing. :-) We also love their variety of colors and markings. Siberian Huskies are just a GREAT breed!
We have several adult dogs and generally have litters in the Fall of the year. We are hoping to have a couple Spring litters as well. We have both AKC and CKC registered dogs. I see strengths in both registries as well as a weakness or two.
We have many of the colors and markings of huskies; red & white, the traditionally marked black & white, pure white, Isabella white, splash coat and wolf gray. Most of our dogs have blue eyes, although we don't specifically breed for eye color.
We generally have one or two adult dogs for sale each year as well. These usually are sold because they duplicate lines I already have and so do not work with our breeding program.
We have some dogs that are more for sledding, some for conformation, some that are great for breeding purposes and some that are just wonderful pets. If you specify what you want the dog for, it helps us to steer you to the dogs we have for that purpose. We love to see the dog used for the purpose it was bred for.
Our prices vary. AKC litters run from $650 to $700. CKC litters are $550. Retiring dogs and older puppies can be as little as $200 dollars. We do have a lay-away program. We also allow people to choose a propective puppy from our "planned breedings" page. You can put a $200 non-refundable deposit down, to hold a puppy. This is deducted from the price of the dog when you pick it up.
We ship within the United States and Canada. Shipping generally runs around $300 for an 8 to 9 week old puppy. If the puppy is older or is an adult dog, then prices go up according to weight and size of the pet carrier. This includes airfare, Vet check and certification, and the cost of an airline approved pet carrier, which becomes yours.. We are looking into possible ways to reduce the cost of shipping but right now, this seems to be about the best pricing we can get. Your puppy will be shipped to the closest live animal receiving airport that has a NON-STOP flight. In some cases, you may have an hours drive to get to an airport.
All dogs are sold with their immunizations up to date at the time of sale. For 6 week old puppies that means that they have their first set of shots and at least 3 de-wormings. For older puppies it will include a second set of shots or possibly 3 sets and additional wormings. Any dog 16 weeks or older, will also have a rabies shot. In addition, we use a heartworm preventative for all our dogs. Heartworm is very prevalent in Minnesota and so this is particularly important to do in this state.
If you do not know alot about huskies, we attempt to educate you on some of their good and not so good points so you can better assess whether this is the right breed for you. As a rule, our dogs are not sold with full breeding rights. If they are pups from a champion litter they are sold on a spay/ neuter contract. We do sell some dogs with full rights but that is on a individual basis and we will talk one on one with you about that possibility. We strive to breed and sell quality dogs who have received quality care. We work to make your buying experience a pleasant one and the puppy or dog you buy, a good match for you and your family.

Unfortunately, we have had the experience of an attempted scam by someone using a relay phone. Therefore, we accept no relay calls. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause someone who is truly deaf. We would appreciate if you would e-mail us as an alternative. Anyone trying to buy a dog, ask us to ship and then overpay us,and then wanting us to reimburse the difference, forget it. We will not do this. Our bank will check any money received to make sure it is legitimate. It's a shame this disclaimer is necessary and thankfully the majority of people we deal with are very honest and we enjoy dealing with and getting to know them.
